Tried breakfast on the suggestion of a family member who said it was excellent. Waited a long time for menus and our server was very disinterested in helping us. Took over 40 minutes for our 3 breakfasts to be sent out when they were only half full when we arrived. Chicken fried steak was chewy and gristly, eggs not cooked correctly and our server barely checked on us, passing us by with the coffee pot and forcing us to go fetch a refill ourselves. The hash browns were perfect however so that’s why they earn the extra star. We haven’t been here in 3 years due to the poor service we had for dinner last time and thought maybe they could redeem themselves at breakfast. Nope…never setting foot in this place again. I don’t recommend you do either. The quest for a good breakfast in Princeton continues…
Went there for a comedy show on a Saturday night. It was not your typical comedy crowd but turned out to be the perfect introduction to most of them who've never been entertained by live comedy.When I first walked in I stood out with my East Coast style aesthetic so there was a brief moment of awkwardness that immediately dissipated once Jess, my server, greeted me. She was awesomely welcoming and took superb care of me the entire time. Once the laughs erupted it felt more like home. The owner Sean was celebrating his birthday and added another festive element to the night. The food was delicious and damn good for bar fare. I definitely intend to return, especially on another comedy night.
We have eaten there before and it was ok.Last Sunday it was awful, the food was good, the service was terrible. The young waitress was working really hard to serve everybody.There was a large group of youth hockey kids and their parents. They were extremely loud, playing foosball, and shooting pool.The place was extremely understaffed, we waited probably thirty minutes to get our bill, and I went and asked for it, at least two times.I would not go there again, when they have such a large and loud crowd.
I love the new owners and all the new touches they are doing to improve the bar. The food is amazing. Friendly place to have a family dinner. Over all its 100% amazing. They have the best dry rub wings ever.
Honestly the food was excellent!! We had boneless wings and the crust was so light and fluffy ,definitely worth trying. I had the breakfast burger that was good to! The lady was doing good for being only bar tender.
